Is my email safe and private?
Absolutely. All email scanning happens locally on your device using client-side encryption. We never store your email content, and your credentials are encrypted before transmission. You can review our security documentation to learn more.
How does account discovery work?
AccountSweep scans your emails locally to find welcome emails, purchase receipts, password reset notifications, and other account-related emails. We use pattern matching to identify services and extract account information - all processed on your device, never sent to our servers.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free tier includes up to 100 accounts, manual entry, and system templates. Pro includes up to 500 accounts, email scanning (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP), CSV import & export, custom templates, and priority support. Both tiers offer the same level of security and privacy.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you can continue using all Pro features until then.
Are my accounts stored on your servers?
Your account data is encrypted end-to-end before being stored. We use client-side encryption, which means your encryption key never leaves your device. Even we cannot decrypt your data without your passphrase.
Do you collect or sell my data?
No, never. AccountSweep is privacy-first by design. We don't collect analytics, don't track users, and don't sell data. Your data belongs to you, period.
